I like having lots of projects on the go! Here’s what I am currently working on:
The Fine Folks Forum offers monthly conferences in Ottawa about various topics. We aim to build a bridge between the people who know and the people who want to know. It is completely free to attend but we do accept donations to cover the cost of organizing the events.
Ottawa by DayWe are a group of people who want to be social from 9 to 5, while everybody else is at work! We are shift workers, stay at home parents, retirees, unemployed… We are different and we come from a wide variety of backgrounds but we have one thing in common: We want to make new friends and get together while the rest of the world is at work!
Ottawa’s Connecting Women
This is a group that provides Ottawa women in business with networking possiblities and support without the exorbitant membership fees like other networking business groups. I am the Event Coordinator of this group. If you are a woman in business, you can join the group for free!
I was the Chair of the Lesbian Outdoor Group for two years, now I am only a normal member. We organize social activities for LGBT women in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
